Invozia Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2, 2026Invozia is an invoicing and business management application developed by Compiler Bee ("we," "us," "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Invozia collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an Invozia account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials, processed through our authentication provider (Supabase), to identify your account and manage access to premium features.
Business, Invoice, Quote, and Client Data
Invozia is designed for you to create and manage business records, including:
- Business/company profile information you enter
- Invoices and quotes you create
- Client information you add (such as names and contact details)
Subscription and Purchase Information
Invozia subscriptions are purchased and processed through Google Play Billing. We do not collect or store your payment card details — these are handled entirely by Google Play. We receive and store confirmation of your subscription status (such as whether you have an active subscription) to unlock premium features in the app.
Backup Data
Invozia allows you to export your data as a backup file (JSON format) and restore it later. Backup files you create are stored wherever you choose to save them (e.g., your device or a cloud storage location you select) — we do not automatically upload backup files to our servers.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Invozia may schedule local notifications on your device (such as reminders). These are generated on-device and are not sent through a third-party push notification service unless stated otherwise in-app.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide and operate the core features of Invozia (invoicing, quotes, client management, reports, dashboard)
- Authenticate your account and maintain your session
- Verify and apply your subscription/premium status
- Enable backup and restore of your business data
- Provide customer support when you contact us
Data Storage and Security
Your business data (invoices, quotes, clients, business profile) is stored primarily on your device. Account credentials and subscription status are stored securely with our backend provider (Supabase). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers who help us operate Invozia (such as Supabase for authentication, and Google Play for billing), solely to provide their respective services
- Where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Compiler Bee, our users, or others
Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion (see below), we delete your account information and associated data from our active systems, subject to any data we are required or permitted to retain for legal, security, or accounting purposes. Locally stored data on your device remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
Your Rights and Choices
You can:
- Access and edit your business data directly within the app
- Export your data at any time using the backup feature
- Request deletion of your account and associated data (see our Account Deletion page)
- Manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play
Children's Privacy
Invozia is a business tool intended for use by freelancers, business owners, and professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Invozia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
