Invozia Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2, 2026These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Invozia, an invoicing and business management application developed and operated by Compiler Bee ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using Invozia, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Invozia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Invozia is an offline-first invoicing and business management application that allows users to create invoices and quotes, manage client information, view business dashboards and reports, generate PDF documents, and back up and restore their data.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive a free trial period during which full app functionality is available. After the trial period ends, the account transitions to a read-only free tier: previously entered data remains viewable, but creating or editing invoices, quotes, and other records, as well as PDF export, advanced reports, and backup, require an active subscription.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Premium features (including PDF export, advanced reports, notifications, and backup/restore) are available through a paid subscription, purchased and billed through Google Play Billing. Subscription pricing, billing cycle, and renewal terms are presented at the time of purchase through the Google Play Store listing and checkout flow.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or Google Play's refund policy.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Invozia only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the business, invoice, quote, and client data you enter into the app, and for any documents (such as invoices) you generate and send to third parties using Invozia.
8. User Data
You retain ownership of the business, invoice, quote, and client data you create in Invozia ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership over Your Data. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of Your Data using the app's export feature; while we provide backup and restore functionality, we are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app uninstallation, or failure to create a backup.
9. Intellectual Property
The Invozia application, including its design, branding, and underlying software, is the property of Compiler Bee and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
10. Service Availability
Invozia is designed to function offline for core features. Certain functions (such as authentication and subscription verification) require an internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Invozia is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that it is suitable for any specific legal, tax, or accounting purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that invoices and documents generated with Invozia comply with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Compiler Bee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use Invozia.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Invozia if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time (see our Account Deletion page).
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Invozia after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
